First Place English Tutor Balham offers private and group tutoring services for English education. Services include 11 Plus preparation, KS3, GCSE, IGCSE tutoring, and home schooling support.

• Lessons are conducted on-site at 8 The Boulevard, Balham High Road, SW17 7BW, London.
• Easter revision courses and other intensive programmes may be offered during holidays.

3. Booking and Payments

• All lessons must be booked in advance.
• Payment must be made via BACS at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• Refunds for cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure that accurate information is provided when booking sessions.
• Arrive on time for lessons. If you are late, the lesson will not be extended beyond the scheduled time.
• Provide a quiet and appropriate environment for any online interactions, if applicable.

5. Tutor Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality tutoring services tailored to the student’s needs.
• Provide regular feedback on progress and performance.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment during lessons.

6. Safeguarding
The tutor is DBS-checked and committed to maintaining a safe learning environment. Any safety concerns should be reported immediately.

All materials provided during lessons, including worksheets and resources, are the intellectual property of First Place English Tutor Balham and are intended for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
